Get to know the Ostrobothnian food tradition! At Stundars Food Day you see what was the everyday food like at Ostrobothnia in the the first half of the 1900th century. Food were mainly produced near, at own farm. How food looked like and what it consisted?
We cook outside at the museum area in the big, old iron pot pearl barly porridge. You can have a taste around at 1 pm.
During the day Jessica Granlund bakes traditional blood bread at the museum´s bakery and visitors can buy blood bread home (limited amount).
